Associate Tracking – Certification Matrix V-2

Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC needs Microsoft Certified Staff Associates

We need folks who have successfully passed the following Certification Exams

Fundamental Level Exam

  • You study on your own time, at your own cost.

  • When you are ready to take the exam, you confirm with us that you are ready.

    • We create an email address for you at our company [email protected] and configure this email address to forward any email sent to it, to your personal email account. If you are already working for us as a contractor, this is already done.

    • We provide you with written authorization that we will re-imburse you for the cost of a passing exam.

    • You use the Microsoft Certification Profile via Microsoft Personal Account at https://account.microsoft.com to register for and schedule the exam.
       
    • You take the exam.

  • When you pass the exam, the following happens

    • We register you with our company as a Technology Staff Associate. If you are already working for us as a contractor, you job title is updated to include the suffix “, Microsoft Certified” 

     

    • You receive a Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC. If you are already working for us as a contractor, you already have one.

    • You receive instructions on how to link your Microsoft Certification Profile via Microsoft Personal Account at https://account.microsoft.com using the [email protected] email address to your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

    • You receive a Microsoft 365 Business Premium Subscription in your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

    • We reimburse you via WISE (www.wise.com) for the cost of the exam.

    • We pay you $25 USD per month automatically just for being associated with our company as a Technology Associate and for keeping your Microsoft Certification Profile linked to your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

    • You are added to our short-list so that when we need to utilize additional labor, you can perform the work for either $10 per hour or for an agreed upon project price.  

Role Based Exam

  • You study on your own time, at your own cost.
  • When you are ready to take the exam, you confirm with us that you are ready.

     

    • We provide you with written authorization that we will re-imburse you for the cost of a passing exam.

       

    • You use the Microsoft Certification Profile created for your Fundamentals Exam, that is currently linked to your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC to register for and schedule the Role Based Exam.

       

    • You take the exam.
       
  • When you pass the exam, the following happens:
     
    • We reimburse you via WISE (www.wise.com) for the cost of the exam.

       

    • We pay you a one-time reward of $50 USD for achieving this level of success.

       

    • We upgrade your registration with our company to Technology Staff Specialist.

       

    • Your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC is upgraded to Technology Specialist. If you are already working for us as a contractor, you job title is updated to include the fact that you are a certified specialist.

       

    • You maintain a Microsoft 365 Business Premium Subscription in your Technology Specialist Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

       

    • You receive a Visual Studio Professional Subscription (valued at $1200 USD) in your Technology Specialist Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

       

    • We pay you $50 USD per month automatically just for being associated with our company as a Technology Specialist and for keeping your Microsoft Certification Profile linked to your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

       

    • You remain on our short-list so that when we need additional labor, you can perform the work for either $5 per hour or for an agreed project price.

Expert Exam

  • You study on your own time, at your own cost. 

  • When you are ready to take the exam, you confirm with us that you are ready.

    • We provide you with written authorization that we will re-imburse you for the cost of a passing exam.

    • You use the Microsoft Certification Profile created for your Fundamentals Exam, that is currently linked to your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC to register for and schedule the Role Based Exam.

       

    • You take the exam.  

     

  • When you pass the exam, the following happens:

    • We reimburse you via WISE (www.wise.com) for the cost of the exam.

       

    • We pay you a one-time reward of $100 USD for achieving this level of success.

       

    • We upgrade your registration with our company to Technology Staff Expert.

       

    • Your Technology Specialist Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC is upgraded to Technology Expert.

       

    • You maintain a Microsoft 365 Business Premium Subscription in your Technology Expert Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

       

    • You maintain a Visual Studio Professional Subscription (valued at $1200 USD) in your Technology Expert Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

       

    • We pay you $75 USD per month automatically just for being associated with our company as a Technology Specialist and for keeping your Microsoft Certification Profile linked to your Technology Associate Account at Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC

       

    • You are elevated to the very top of our short-list such that you are utilized for labor on a regular or semi-regular basis.

       

    • You also have an opportunity to function in a business role if you are interested in entrepreneurship in your home region, and may be able to take advantage of business level opportunities with Aloye Computer Enterprises LLC, such as the co-founder opportunity listed at https://www.aloye.com/wp/co-founder-search/
