Use ACE Cloud Docs as a stand-alone product or use it with ACE Business Management Suite.

Unlike many of our competitors that require Adobe Acrobat with their DMS, such as Worldox, NetDocuments, and others, our solution is application agnostic, so you can use other PDF Applications such as FoxIT PDF.

All the AI OCR, Text to Text, and Speech to Text processes run in the background on the platform so you don’t need to perform these tasks like you need to do in document systems developed by other software vendors.

APPLICATION LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

The product is sold via the Base Deployment w/ Configuration + Licensing Model.

This means there is an initial up-front cost to buy and deploy the product, have it installed into your environment, and configured to operate properly with your users.

After installation, there are several components that require yearly licensing which is paid directly to Aloye Computer Enterprises monthly.

The licensing is provided in a single Aloye License Pack and includes everything needed to properly run the product.
